Master the concepts, methods and tools to successfully lead quality improvement projects and become a quality improvement specialist.
This international masterclass provides a solid foundation in the essential knowledge for successful management of healthcare quality. It introduces you to key quality concepts and models and demonstrates the fundamental importance of accurate data collection and measurement. You will learn how to create and use a dashboard to identify performances and improvement opportunities.

Measuring and Understanding Healthcare Quality
This course contains five modules. It provides you with a solid foundation in the essential knowledge and skill that underpins the successful management of healthcare quality. It introduces you to all the key quality concepts and models then demonstrates the fundamental importance of accurate data collection and measurement. You will learn how to create a quality dashboard for your unit or department and how to use your dashboard to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

This second course also contains five modules. It builds on the foundations you have built during the first course and teaches you more advanced skills – including how to use both quantitative and qualitative data as the basis for identifying opportunities for improvement and ideas for changes that can bring about that improvement. In this course you will learn how to manage the many challenges involved in leading successful improvement
