For healthcare organisations and companies that want to set up an event, we are happy to take care of all or part of the organisation.

 

Whether it's a conference, study day, debate, workshop or round table, we will support you where necessary.

Together, we will discuss your wishes and needs. If desired, we can take care of practical matters such as:

• Drafting and sending invitations

• Following up on registrations and payments

• Finding a suitable location

• Arranging catering

On the day of the event, we can take care of welcoming guests and registering attendance, and we are responsible for ensuring that the day runs smoothly.

 

In addition, we are happy to assist with the content: from developing a common theme for your event to selecting speakers and a suitable moderator for a debate.
