Location, reachability and accessibility
The symposium will take place in the I-mens buildings, Tramstraat 61, 9052 Zwijnaarde (Ghent).
The location is situated close to the Zwijnaarde junction, where the E17 and E40 intersect, and is therefore easily accessible by car. Ample parking is available.
Those arriving by public transport should take the train to Gent Sint-Pieters station. From there, it is 3.5 km to the I-mens buildings.
You can choose the tram. Tram T3 runs every ten minutes from Gent Sint-Pieters station to Zwijnaarde, stop Tramstraat. The stop is close to I-mens. The ride takes about fifteen minutes.
Or you can choose to cycle. You can rent a Bluebike at the station. It is a fifteen-minute ride.
The I-mens buildings are wheelchair accessible. Should you require adaptations or support, or have a specific question regarding accessibility, please do not hesitate to contact us!
