An Swalens is CIO at the National Bank of Belgium, where she shapes the institution's digital transformation strategy.
In 2023, she was named CIO of the Year by Data News. Previously, she was included in the list of Inspiring 50 Women in Tech (2022).

Frank Robben is a key figure in the digital transformation of Belgian social security and healthcare. In the early 1990s, he was one of the founders of the now well-known Crossroads Bank for Social Security.
​
In healthcare, he is best known as the inspirer and administrator-general of the eHealth platform. From there, he is strongly committed to secure, large-scale digital data exchange, with a structural focus on privacy and information security by design.He is also managing director of Smals, an organisation that coordinates and supports large-scale digital government initiatives. In this role, he is closely involved in the development of G-Cloud and MyGov.be, among other things.

With this unique combination of vision, policy experience and practical expertise, Frank Robben is the ideal discussion partner to engage in dialogue with An Swalens about digital transformation across sector boundaries.

At 6.20 p.m., Frank Robben will kick off. He will outline the state of affairs regarding the digital transformation of healthcare: what has already been achieved and what urgent challenges remain today?

At 6.40 p.m., An Swalens will address these challenges and share her experiences from the financial sector. Which solutions have worked there, and which have proved less successful?

From 7.15 p.m., we will engage in conversation with all those present, exchange ideas and hold an open debate.
​
At 7:45 p.m., we will start with a walking dinner, where conversations can continue over snacks and drinks.
