Can solutions from other sectors be translated to healthcare?
We're having the debate!
Kathy Dewitte
Shares her vision on HR policy with us.
Communication is key!
Thursday evening, 27 November 2025

Kathy Dewitte studied economics at Ghent University and worked for 18 years at Artevelde University College, where she was director of business and management programmes and director of the business and management expertise network.

Since September 2024, she has been managing director of VIVES University College.
From day one, she brought a new, fresh breeze to the organisation. Her open, inviting communication style and her warm, enthusiastic approach inspire confidence and support within the team.
She is an outspoken team player who focuses on collaboration and believes that strong leadership starts with clear communication and a people-oriented personnel policy.
With a keen eye for the challenges facing education today – just like healthcare – such as attracting and retaining talent, Kathy brings an inspiring vision to HR policy.
Her experience, vision and drive make her a strong voice in the debate on leadership and personnel policy.
