We want to create a powerful network in which C-level professionals from the healthcare sector can meet, get to know each other and exchange experiences in a meaningful way.

Inspiration and innovation
We want to inspire C-level executives with new ideas, insights and strategies that broaden their horizons. To this end, we consciously look beyond our own sector to other sectors.
Challenges such as sustainability, staff retention, digitisation and regulation are not unique to healthcare. Other sectors have already come up with creative and effective solutions that could also be applied within healthcare.

By translating these into the context of the healthcare sector, we offer valuable inspiration and concrete tools.
The Executive Academy distinguishes itself by not being a traditional setting in which speakers simply give lectures ex cathedra. It is an interactive environment where C-level executives engage in conversation, exchange ideas and collaborate on solutions. Interaction and engagement are central.
Practical
THE Executive Academy takes place four times a year, always on a Thursday evening. The evening always follows more or less the same pattern.
We welcome guests at 6 p.m. with a drink. At around 6.15 p.m., we give the floor to the speaker. This is followed by a debate with interaction between the speaker and the guests.

At 7.45 p.m., we conclude the formal part of the evening and move on to a networking session with a walking dinner.
