Kathy Dewitte studeerde economie aan de UGent en werkte gedurende 18 jaar bij Arteveldehogeschool, waar ze opleidingsdirecteur was in de business & management opleidingen én directeur van het expertisenetwerk business & management.
Sinds september 2024 is ze algemeen directeur van hogeschool VIVES.
