Overview of modules
The Masterclass ILEHC, or Individual Leadership coaching for Executives in Healthcare, is aimed at keeping healthcare executives up-to-date in a world of ever changing healthcare.
With this individual coaching THE Institute offers a tailor-made training for healthcare executives. This training focuses on behavioural transformation and the development of authentic leadership based on common values.
The coaching programme usually consists of 5 individual sessions but with a possibility to expand by adding extra sessions or a follow-up programme.
As said, we advise a series of at least 5 sessions, but this is also open to discussion. Both the pace and planning of the sessions will be decided on in agreement with the participant.
Intake
Session
During this session the participant meets the trainer(s) while discussing their needs and wishes.
Phase 1
Personal Coaching
on Leadership
During this phase several topics are touched upon, such as:

Generalities of violentless communication with the introduction of the DESC-method and concrete exercises

Transactional analyses (ego and emotional management)

Managing stress: How drivers create stress and how to gain control
Phase 2
Expansion
Session
After finishing the standard coaching course, it is possible to add sessions:

Evolution of hierarchic to shared leadership

Personal leadership as an aid to navigate the storm of things

Phase 3
This coaching course will be taught by experts boasting vast experience in healthcare.
