Get a better understanding of the different aspects of hospital management with the right basic principles of business leadership and help build better care.

This masterclass includes six important management topics that can be used in daily practice. Each module is taught by excellent teachers who combine strong substantive knowledge with practical experience in healthcare and the hospital world.

This training is only offered to organisations and groups.

Management

The long-term operation of a hospital is supported by good strategic management. This module shows the essential elements of this, such as strategy, strategic planning, governance models, the formation of hospital networks.

Financial
Management

The financial management of a hospital has many challenges. This module provides insight into hospital financing, the financial policy in hospitals, investment policy/strategy and the possible impact of new policy measures

People
Management

This module is about the strategic HR objectives of a hospital and the different ways to achieve them, as well as more personal objectives such as specifically applied leadership and management skills.

Quality Management

Every hospital strives for better quality and higher efficiency. The session quality management examines the role and application of the quality policy, logistics processes, lean methodologies and clinical pathways.

Innovation
Management

Innovation is a necessity, but it also comes with a cost. This session provides an introduction to innovation management based on the trends in medical technologies, the possible impact of AI and IoT and the choice and integration of new technologies.

Leadership

Development

In this concrete and interactive module, the focus is on the functioning of you and your team. Through knowledge transfer, workshop experiences and coaching a real difference can be made, both on a management and a personal level
