This training course was specially designed for (new) directors and managers who want to gain insight into the use of MZG data.
The training is structured around four modules:
MG-MZG (Medical Data)
VG-MZG (Nursing Data)
Medicines package (Pharmacy)
Quality parameters (mortality, complications and readmissions)
You will gain insight into how data registration is directly linked to the Budget of Financial Resources, quality of care and policy implementation . We will provide you with tools to use this data strategically within your role as a board member or director.
This course is aimed at directors, but is also relevant for doctors, hospital pharmacists, medical heads of department and policy officers.
The hospital world is becoming increasingly complex, and insights into financing, registration and quality indicators are crucial for a policy information staff member.
This training course was specially designed for (new) policy officers who require a broad basic knowledge of registration, financing and policy data.
The training is structured around four modules.
In the morning two modules will be covered:
MG-MZG (Medical Data)
VG-MZG (Nursing Data)
There is a lunch break with a sandwich lunch between 12:00 and 13:00.
In the afternoon two more modules will be discussed:
Medicines package (Pharmacy)
Quality parameters (mortality, complications and readmissions)
You will gain insight into how data registration is directly linked to budget, policy and quality.
This training is specifically aimed at policy information staff members, but is also relevant for MZG coordinators, doctors, hospital pharmacists or medical department heads.

The training lasts half a day and is structured around two modules:
VG-MZG (Nursing Data)
MG-MZG (Medical Data)
You will gain insight into care periods, care intensity (TOT points), impact on time groups, reporting via Solventum, length of stay performance, DRG structures and the relevance for nursing work .
This course is aimed at care managers and head nurses, but can also be interesting for nursing directors and staff members who are responsible for care registration, quality and policy support.
