The teachers
Kris Diels obtained the ITAA certified tax accountant certificate after his Bachelor Accountancy - Taxation. He is a partner at VDV consultants BV, who specialize in accountancy, tax and business advice and bookkeeping for entrepreneurs and independent professionals.
Prof. Stefaan Callens graduated as a Master in Law and obtained a PhD in Law. He is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar and part-time full professor at the KU Leuven. He advises medical boards, hospitals and doctors on hospital law.
Concept
We offer this seminar in two different formats.
As a hospital, you can order this seminar from us, after which we will provide it within the hospital. This saves a lot of time for the participants!
In addition, we also offer the seminar in our office in Ghent. The seminar is given in two evenings, during which we also provide a snack and a drink.
Target audience
The seminar is aimed at both HAIOs and ASOs who are approaching the end of their training.
Doctors who have recently started and are interested in the subject are of course also welcome.
The seminar is also relevant for dentists at the beginning of their careers.
The Masterclass ILEHC, or Individual Leadership coaching for Executives in Healthcare, is aimed at keeping healthcare executives up-to-date in a world of ever changing healthcare.
With this individual coaching THE Institute offers a tailor-made training for healthcare executives. This training focuses on behavioural transformation and the development of authentic leadership based on common values.
The coaching programme usually consists of 5 individual session but with a possibility to expand by adding extra sessions or a follow-up programme.
As said, we advise a series of at least 5 sessions, but this is also open to discussion. Both the pace and planning of the sessions will be decided on in agreement with the participant.
